Oh the Ides, Beware the Ides of March

Just thought I'd point out that it is that oh so infamous day in Roman history, the Ides of March. As an avid fan of ancient history and the HBO show Rome, it's prescient to me, anyway. So, if your name is Julius Caesar today, be careful going to the Senate. Now on to more important things.

We are almost there, inches from $2000 for Horizons for Homeless Children, you can almost feel it! This would be a huge milestone, and only two weeks after we hit $1000. Record setting pace, which is appropos for a running themed fundraiser(wink, wink). So come on people, let's get sponsoring, only $200 to go for that double large! I'll even set out an incentive, beyond helping the 500, 000 homeless children in the US. If we hit $2000 by midnight tomorrow, I will get Noreen and the dogs out on a run with me, and post the pics(she'll do it, don't worry). Heck, in the spirit of the last challenge, the highest sponsor can even write a funny caption for them, anything they want. Sounds like fun to me! So let's do it, $200 in two days, more playspaces built and equipped, more volunteers teaching and mentoring kids, more homeless families given a boost, and the ridiculous Yarwood family running portrait captioned by you!
